No. Item Description 1 Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 2 Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss)Two coats (with any shade except white) >> In Ground floor 3 M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete.The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular memebrs as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereofFor trusses spanning above 12.00 m and up to 20 .00 m 4 Supplying, fitting & fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding. Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness), 0.50m TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (minimum 550 yield strength) of Zincalume metallic coating (ISI 5965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better cooling as per thermo tech technology. 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation. 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rig shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminum alloy Zincalume (AZI50) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with color bond XRW (xterior roofing walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming ISI 5965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand making of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.In Roof:- With 0.5 mm thick sheet 5 Galvanised plain sheet works (excluding supporting framework) fitted and fixed with 6 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts and nuts, sheet-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty with 150 mm. end lap & 50 mm minimum side lap complete.In roof: with 0.63 mm. sheets. 6 Add : GST @18% (Eighteen Percent) on Rs. 2,58,850.00 i.e. Total Amount over item No. 1 to 5 7 Add : Labour Welfare Cess @ 1 % (One Percent) on Rs.3,05,443.00 i.e. Total amount after GST over item No. 1 to 6
