Tender For Renovation Of Mechanical Bar Screens Installed At The Inlet Of Bharola Sps; 1 Renovation of mechanical Bart Screens installed at the inlet of Bharola SPS by carrying out the following works:Arrangement of all safety Equipment for the protection of staff to work in the deep channel and at height, making the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accidents during working at site as per NHRC guidelines 2 Removing of the garbage accumulated in the manual bar screen at inlet chamber (at the depth of 20 feet) with the help of labour equipped with all other miscellaneous T&P like pickage, shovel, hoe etc for removing of the floating material and garbage from the sump wells. (6 Nos in each shift) 3 Dumping of the floating material from the SPS to the suitable place provided by the engineer in charge. 4 Hiring of SUPER SUCKER & JETTING MACHINE having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 meter 62.5 KVA Diesel Generator Set & Suction Hose Pipes with all fittings including cost of manpower (1Qualified Engineer, 2No’s Driver, 4 No’s S G Beldar, 2 No’s Operator) & cost of Diesel, Lubricants, insurance, Safety equipments etc. All complete as per satisfaction of engineer.(For 8 Hours Shift Per day) 5 Replacement of existing worn out Tin of the roof over the mechanical bar screen with new PPGI Sheet for Shed over EOT Cranes. The job also includes dismantling of the existing and depositing the same in the store of the concerned engineer. 6 Servicing & overhauling of the 2 Ton Capacity EOT Cranes installed on the Mechanical Bar Screens for safe & smooth operation. 7 Supply of Steel wire rope for the existing EOT cranes 8 Replacement of existing weak steel wire rope with new steel wire rope after lifting the jali from the sump with the help of Chain Pulley block and heavy duty labour 9 Dismantling / Removal of existing MS Screen No. 1 & 2 by EOT crane and labour equipped with required tools & tackles. Job also includes the charges of hydra crane for taking out from the channel and keep at ground as per direction of engineer /en-charge. 10 Replacement of the rusted and worn out guide channels with the new MS Channel of Size 125x65 mm. The job also includes fixing of fasteners & welding works for smooth movement of screens. 11 Repairing of the screens by replacement of the broken, damaged & missing MS Flats of the Screens in proper spacing. The job also includes refixing of the screens with the new SS hook in the guide channel. 12 Dismantling of existing rusted and damaged MS overflow sheet with the help of gas cutter set and other T&P required at site of work. The job also includes removing the dismantled MS sheet from wet sump to floor level. 13 Providing & fixing of MS over flow sheet at top level of water level so that the water could not pass by the upper side of the bar screen. The size of sheet will be 1.6 x 2.5 meter x 6 mm duly welded with a channel of size 125x65x6 mm and making proper strengthening for bearable water flow pressure as per site requirement. 14 Replacement of the existing rusted & weak MS Chequered Plate with new 6 mm thick Chequered sheet (4 m X 1.15 m) with the help of manual labour, gas cutter & welding machine for providing safe working environment to staff 15 Replacement of the rusted and damaged MCB Box with new Box & MCBs. The job also includes fixing the shed over the MCB box for protection from the rains. 16 Replacement of the rusted & weak MS Sheet / MS Bar or flat of Jaal/ railing / channel Bar Screen area with new as per the site requirement. 17 Painting of newly making complete system and MS Jaal over the wet sump by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour as per DJB approved color scheme. 18 Providing SS Panji for regular cleaning of the screens. 19 Testing & commissioning of complete systems includes the transport charges of tools & tackles to & fro.
