Tender For Civil Works For Creation Of Itf Lab For Rid Division At Ground Floor Of Rid Building Ecil Hyderabad - 1 1 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-incharge. 2 2.1 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 3 3.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 4 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 5 5.1 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete 6 6.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 7 7.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 8 8 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 9 9.1 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) 10 10 Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry. 11 11.1 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 12 12.1 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 13 13 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 14 14.1 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer 15 15.1 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats 16 16.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 17 17 Providing and laying 4mm thick epoxy anti static ESD flooring Surface Preparation: Preparing the sub-strate through mechanical surface reprofiling by grit or shot blasting, grinding or scarifying, surface defects such as voids, cracks must be treated properly with repair mortars and levelled. Acids and alkalis can be removed by neutralizing to form a water soluable slat and then high pressure water cleaning and mopping it off to a dry state. Primer Coat: Providing and applying 2 component, high solid, epoxy resin based floor primer Apcoflor HFP 130 with a bond strength not less than 1.5 Mpa, uniformly over the prepared substrate as a bond coat between the subsequent layer and the concrete floor. Prior to application of priming coat copper strip grid should be placed at a distance of 3.0 M c/c and copper strip projecting outside along the walls shall be three folded and bonded with conductive adhesive and one end should be crimped and fixed into a lug which will be duly fixed on copper bus bar using nut bolt. NOTE: The detailed scope of work is attached in the document. You are requested to quote as per the detailed scope of work. 18 18 Providing and fixing of Daiken/Armstrong mineral fibre false ceiling with hot dipped galvanized steel grid work, surface chemically cleaned capping perfectly pre-finished in baked polyster paint, main tees of size 33x24x0.5mm thick at every 1.2m centre to centre perimeter with L-angle 24x24x0.5mm thick to form a grid of size 600x600mm and suspending the grid from RCC roof using 12 guage GI wire and rawl plug at every 1200mm intervals wherever required and laying Daiken/Armstron mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tiles pattern of size 600x600x14mm over the formed grid etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: False ceiling tiles not laid at the place of electrical fittings should be handed over to department. 19 19.1.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 20 19.2.1 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 21 20.1 Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides 22 21.1 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness 23 21.2 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness 24 22 Extra for etching on float glass panes etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge 25 23.1 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm 26 24.1 Providing and fixing aluminium handles, powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron on aluminium of required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm 27 25 Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. 28 26 Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete. 29 27 Removing of existing PVC sheet flooring etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 30 28.1 White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)
