Tender For Periodical Services To Otm At Lgj Mil Station.; 1 Taking down cement plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces or ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L forrendering, 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge . 3 M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick walls or concrete, surface in CM 1:6and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. 4 M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces ofconcrete surfacesof ceiling finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. 5 M&L for preparation ofnew plasteredsurface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paintcomplete all as specified & directed 6 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 M&L for 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on ceiling incl preparation etc. complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of white wash on ceilingsurfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 S & F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beading in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane incl fixing upto second storey building window with necessary scafoolding arrangement and safety arrangement to fixing upper glass panes shall deemed to be included in the rate and hacking out old brocken glass of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 S & F 3 mm thick pin headed/figured/frosted glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beading in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane incl fixing upto second storey building window with necessary scafoolding arrangement and safety arrangement to fixing upper glass panes shall deemed to be included in the rate and hacking out old brocken glass of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 S& F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40mm and fixed with tinted tacks or stainless steel wire staples fixed to wooden/steel shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 12 M&L for preparation of old external surface of wall up and applying a coats of cement based paint including removal of splashes on glass panes, doors etc and floor with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : water not supplied by MES for washing of floor and glass pane 13 M&L for two coats of cement base paint on external surface of wall and including complete removal of existing treatment with help of mechanicaly and unapproachable or uneven area shall be removed manually including removal of splashes on glass panes, doors etc and floor with watercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : water not supplied by MES for washing of floor and glass pane 14 M&L for for complete removal of existing finishes with mechanical means such as electrical frinder etc and treating with two coats of acrylic distemper (any colour/tint) over coat of akali resistant primer over 3mm thick coat of wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even over a coat of primer complete all as directed and specified. 15 M&L for complete removal of existing finishes with the mechanical means such as elctrical grinder etc and treating with two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima or equivalent) over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surface and treating with a coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima or equivalent)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 19 M & L for uprooting of trees from wall of bldg upto extended root and spraying of acid is required quanity complete from any location of bldg upto 4 Stories and including making good distrubed portion of bldg match with existing surfaces, with cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:3:6, C-2 and including scafollding and girth or trees 5 to 10 CM, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overalll as fixed along the cente line over fittings and accessories) 21 S&F 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls all as directed. 22 Fixing in repair 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls all as directed. 23 Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule A/BOQ
