The work covered by the technical specifications as directed by engineer-in-charge shall include furnishing all materials including labor supervision, plant equipment, tools and tackles etc., as may be required for execution of the work and satisfactory completion of work. 19. The vendor shall perform the work in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications etc., and in a manner acceptable to AMNS Engineer-in-charge who shall have the powers to reject any work or materials which in his judgment is not in fully conformity therewith. 20. The contractor should not make any alteration in the drawings without prior written approval of AMNS Engineer-in-charge. 21. The contractor shall rectify all defective works if any, without any extra cost. 22. All other works not specifically mentioned above but indicated in the drawings or allied works which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the works as a whole. 23. The contractor shall clear the site thoroughly of all scaffolding materials etc., left out of his work and dress the site to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
