Allworks upto plinth level a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 5 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : a) Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 6 Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks insuperstructure above plinth level upto floor five level 7 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiralstair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement witha) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level a) Cold twisted bars 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for : a) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms 10 12mm Cement plaster of mix: a) 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 11 15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 12 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fastenersshall be paid for separately): a) Sal wood 13 Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size withnecessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, allcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Wire gauge with wire of dia 0.63 mm 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade a) Two or more coats on new work 18 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 19 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. a) 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 20 Add provision for Electricity 21 Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete. 22 a)Sandfor an av.
