Snowcem one coat in outer area PH building

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bounddistemper (of approved manufacture) two ormore coats on old distempered work whenshade is changed

Painting two or more coats excluding primingcoat with synthetic enamel paint in all shadeson wood work, metallic or plastered, concretesurface to give an even shade.

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paintin all shades on old wood work or metallic orplastered or concrete surfaces to give an evenshade including rubbing down old paint

Providing and applying injection grouting usingcement slurry admixed with Fosroc ChemicalConplast WL or any other equivalent compound@ 300 ml/ Bag of cement through the uPVCnozzles ( 12mm dia uPVC/ Plastic Nozzles - 4\" to9\" long @ 5 No: / Sqm of area) , provided into thecracks/ honeycombed areas using 140 PSI handoperated Grouting Pump under pressure till therefusal,doing final Cement slurry Grouting (after28 Days),, finally cutting & sealing of Nozzle.including all labour, supervision, tools and tacklesand transportation etc. complete as per directionof Enginner -in- charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 , with stone ballast or shingle, mixing by mechanicalmeans using concrete mixer volumetric type but excluding the cost of cement in PH Building

Applying bitumen on roof including heating and carrying to roof at PH TOP Roof

Extra rates for External white washing,distempering, painting and decorative cementbased paints etc for walls of height aboveThird storey from ground level for everyadditional height of single storey or partthereof asume 40% area above 3 story At PH Building

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre tocentre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing itthere after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerincharge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured forpayment purpose .The payment will bemade once irrespective of duration ofscaffolding in the existing item to be done.. Note: - This item to be used formaintenance work judicially, necessarydeduction for scaffolding in the existingitem to be done.
