To carryout visual inspection and stress survey of all structural members and to carry out adequate number of various non destructive tests as per relevant IS, as enumerted below and to assess the extent of damages involved and proposed repair work in 25 No of buildings; Building No P-31, P-32, P-34, P-37, P-41, P-45, P-46, P-70/01, P-70/02, P-78, P-80, P-81, P-82, P-38, P-79, P-98, P-65, P-47 P-76, P-10, T-15, T-20, T-29, T-34 and T-55 complete all as specified and directed.

The following tests are required to be conducted1. Rebound Hammer Test2. Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test 3. Core Cutting Tests 4. pH, Chloride and Sulphide tests5. Half Cell Potential Tests6. Carbonation Depth7. Visual inspection and photograpy8. Cover meter test 9. GPR Scanning for checking of RFT10. Any other test, if required

Notes (a) All these tests should be well distributed amongst all the members (beam/column and slab) in plan as well as at floor levels(b) The scope of work must include structural analysis to ascertain present day seismic safety status of the structures.(c) Repair and rehabilitation measures must be suggested by consultant both from strength and durability point of view by taking cognizance of NDT and structural analysis.(d) Based on the interpretation of the results, the corrective actions required alongwith the detailed steps of the methodology of the repair work to be done including technical and material specification shall be suggested in written advice in triplicate with soft copies.(e) The report shall be submitted to this office for approval through Engineer-in-Charge.(f) The core cutting area shall be restored using high strength epoxy concrete without any extra cost.

(g) Following shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates for the items:- (i) Mobilization and demobilization of tools / equipment and personnel required to execute the work as per specification and normal Engineering practice.(ii) Lodging and boarding for personnel at contractors own cost. (iii) Quoted rate include for all prevailing taxes.(iv)All the material, labour and equipment required for carry out the tests.(v) Vetting of structural audit report from Government Engineering College/NABL accredited laboratory.
