With reference to your RFQ Cum RFP, I/ We, having examined the bidding Document and understood their contents, hereby submit Financial Bid for the aforsaid Project. The Financial Bid is unconditional and unqualified.I/ We hereby agree to pay to the authority a fix concession fee (the “Concession Fee”) 10% of Total Realasable Revenue per annum throughout the concession period payable with effect from Commercial Operation Date (COD).

I/ We hereby submit our bid and offer to pay to the authority, with effect from commercial operation date (COD) by way of additional concession fee (the “Premium”) equal to { *The Percentage of additional concession fee (the “Premium”) will be quoted on Financial Bid } % (percent) of total Realisable Revenue during that year, net of any taxes on Revenue and for each subsequent year of concession period, the premium shall be determined by increasing the proportion of premium to the total realisable Revenuein respective year by an additional 1 % (one percent) as compared to the immediately preceding year, provided that the premium payable under the Article-27.2.1 of Concession Agreement, shall be subject to ceiling of 20% (Twenty Percent) of the total Realisable Revenue in the respective year.

Notes :- 1. The Concession Fee & Premium has been quoted by me/us after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the RFQ cum RFP; draft Concession Agreement, our own estimates of costs and after a careful assessment of the site and all the conditions that may affect the Bid.2.I/We agree to keep this offer valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the Bid Due Date specified in the RFQ cum RFP.3. The %age to be quoted should not be a negative value. Quoting negative value shall be unjustified and Bid shall be summarily rejected.
