( Ii ) Ground Water Table During The Investigations. 10 ( F ) Submisssion Of Six Copies Of Inkl Signed Test Reportwith Detailed Description Of Field Investigation, Soil Classification And General Nature Of Soil Strata, Water Table, Interpretation Of Test Results, Grains Size Distribution Curves, Compressive Index Curves, Site Plan Etc. 11 ( G ) The Sbc Of The Soil Is Required To Be Given As Per Following Table Calculation Of Bearing Capacity Will Be Governed Generally As Per Is 8009 ( Pt-I ) -1976 , Is 2720 ( Pt-Ii ) -1980 Is 6403, 1981, Is 1904-1986 & Is 1080-1985 And Other Relevent Is Code And Detailed Calculation Duly Showing The Various Soil Parameter / Indices Shall Be Given In The Soil Report -Description Of Foundation Safe Bearing Capacity Of Soil In T / M2 For Footing Sizestrip Footing 1.2Mx1.2M 1.5Mx1.5M2mx2m2.5Mx2.5Mremarks1m1.5M2.0M2.5M3.0Mraft Footing For Retaining Wall 12 ( H ) With Every SiteS Soil Investigation Reports, A Detailed Site Plan Showing The Approx Location Of Each Bore Duly Numbered As Per Log Of Bore Hole Should Be Enclosed Location Of Foundation Of Adjacent Structures Especially Those That Might Be Impacted By The Proposed Construction. 13 ( J ) Every Page Of The Soil Investigation Report Should Have The Name Of The Job For Which Soil Investigation Is Being Carried Out In Case Of Multiple Site Of A Single Job Are Beinginvestigation Name Of Each Site Shall Be Put On Each Page Of Reportpertaining To The Site. 14 ( K ) All Page Of The Soil Investigation Report Shall Be Serially Numbered Stamped And Signed By The Agency Carrying Out The Soil Investigation Report Should Be Scrutinized By Age ( I ) & Cwe For Correctness & Endorsed 15 ( L ) Transportion Charge Including Loading And Unloading Of Heavy Girders T&P Techician Etc Complete From Laboratory To Work Site And Back Shall Be Deemed Included In Rate Quoted By Bidders. 16 ( M ) Photographic Record Of Geo-Exploration As Well As Testing Shall Also From Part Of The Report. 17 ( N ) Age ( I ) Shall Intimate The Approximate Type Of Construction, Utilization And Dimensions Of Proposed Building To The Consultant, Who Based On Geotechnical Investigations Should Recommend Type Of Foundation ( Viz Isolated / Combined Footing, Raft, Pile Etc ) . 18 ( O ) In Case Of Underground Building / Basement Construction Or If Requirement Of Temporary / Permanent Deep Excavation Support Measure During Construction Of Building Are Envisaged Necessary Excavtion Support Measures To Be Givenby The Consultant Based On Geotechnical Investigation. 19 Notes:- ( A ) Soil Investigation For Ordinary Rock Or Hard Rock Type Soil Shall Be Done As Specified In Is-12070-1987 Table-I ( B ) The Sample Boq Is For General Guidance Only. The Executive May Amend The Boq As Per Their Requirement With Proper Justification.
