    Alappuzha Heritage Project Phase Iv Sea Pier On Design And Build ( D And B ) Mode Detailed Design, Engineering And Construction Of Sea Pier As Per The Requirement Of Employer-Detailed Engineering Including Structural Design And Foundation Designtaking In To Consideration All Possible Loads As Per Relevant Standards And Applicable Wave Load Etc As Per Marine / Offshorecondition, Procurement Of All Building Materials Conforming To Indian / International Standard As Applicablerequired For Proposed Permanent Structure And All Temporary Structures For The Satisfactoryerecting / Installing / Constructing Theproposed Structure And Construction Of All Parts Of The Structureincluding Proposed Sea-Pier, ( Includinginstallation Of Temporarystructures That Are Deemed Necessary During Construction ) , Permanent Access To Sea –Pierfrom Sea Shore, Necessary Protective Systems Like Hand-Rails / Protection / Crash Barriers Wall . The Design And Construction Shall Ensure Safety , Serviceability And Durability .The Rate Quoted Shall Beall Inclusive And No Extra Payment Shall Be Applicable Under Any Circumstance.All Exterior Treatment For Protection Of The Structure From Aggressive Marine Atmosphere, Provision Of Anti-Corrosive Reinforcing Barsetc Shall Also Be Considered In The Quote. Electrical, Worksfire Protection Etc. Shall Also Be Covered In The Quote. Work Can Be Started Only After Approval Of The Drawings And Specifications .
