Back Chair -Upholstered with Leatherette seat have be made up of 12 mm +/- 1 mm thick hot pressed Mr grad plywood on which moulded PU foam mounted .Back is made up moulded PU foam and Inner outer snap fitted covers injection moulded rectangular shape.Spine bracket made of ambose 6 mm Thick M S plate connecting back with mechanism. Armrest top is hard touch polypropylene moulded in ring shape . The mechanism of the chair have following features: 360⁰ revolving type 2.5mm Thk CRCA seat plate with 3.5mm thk CRCA channel plate push back Mechanism, Tilt tension adjustable, Single position locking , Plastic component inside the mechanism of Grade - MI 3530 and Epoxy Powder coated 70 Microns with tested 1.2 lacs cycles as per BIFMA Standard The chair have be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which have have stroke of 100 +/- 5 mm The Base have be made of injection moulded nylon. It have be fitted with 5nos. twin wheel castor - 50 mm diameter.
