Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of 120 minutes fire rating of section 100 mm x 57 mm having singlerebate profile made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. NDRF 100*57 Frames shall be butt jointe and field assembled with bolt.The frames should be finished with thermoplastic Powder Coating in desired RAL shade. Frame should have provisions and necessary reinforcement for receiving appropriate hardware.Frames should be provided with back plate bracket to receive anchor fastners for installation on a finished plastered wall opening.

Providing and fixing ofmake 120mins Hollow metal fire rated doors tested and certified design as per IS 3614 part-2 & BS 476 part-20 & 22 at CBRI, Roorkee for its stability and integrity. Galvanized steel sheet to be used should be confirming to IS 277 . Recommended fire door design should be similar to earlier test evidence from CBRI , Roorkee with or without vision lite for maximum fire rating of 2hrs . Doors should be finished in Thermosetting Powder Coating with film thickness of 60 mincrons approx. in desired RAL Shades.

Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels& partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet(zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwedwith M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & specialceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-inchargewith glass of required thickness having 120 minutes of fireresistance both integrity & radiation control (EW120) and minimum 20minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give testreport/certification of fire glass and the glass should have thestamp showing the value of E, EW & EI. The glass shall be testedin approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditationbody which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 andaccredits labs as per ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibrationscopes shall be eligible. The maximum glazing size shall not bemore than 1100x2200 mm (w x h) or 2.42 sqm..
