Providing and fixing at all heights, levels and location roofing sheets of base metal of Cold Rolled Steel (high tensile with minimum yield strength 550MPa) conforming to IS: 513. It shall be coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% aluminum, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si)/ zincalume by Hot-dip process as per IS: 15961/ AS: 1397 (Class AZ150, having minimum 150g/sq.m. on both sides)/ ASTM: A792M. The bottom unexposed surface shall be coated with alkyd backer/ polyester of minimum 5 microns over a nominal 5 microns coat of primer. Top exposed surface shall have nominal 20 microns Super Durable Polyester (over nominal 5 microns polyester primer) paint system of approved colour conforming to IS: 15965 class 3/AS: 2728 type 4/ASTM: A755M. The sheet shall have total paint coating thickness of 35 microns. The paint system should have stable Super Durable Polyester resin inorganic pigments for colour durability (with higher solar reflectance technology) with no lead contents. The Profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Metapp fastener of corroshield fastener or equivalent of suitable size with EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately) Pre coated zinc aluminium sheets having profile as per existing profile with base metal thickness of 0.45mm and total coated (Al-Zn alloy) and painted thickness (Finished) of 0.50mm thickness.
