Description- Leather Safety Gloves. 2.Material- I Chrome Tanned Cow/Young Buffalo Split Leather As Per Is:2573-1996 Shall Be Used. 3.Thickness The Thickness Leather Gloves Shall Be 1.2 To 1.5Mm 4. Stitching: I The Nylon Thread Confirming To Variety No.6 Of Is -1720/1978 Shall Be Used . Ii The Golves Shall Be Machine Stitched And The Number Of The Stitch Shall Be 6 To 8 Stitches Per 25Mm With End Of Al Stitching Securely Back Stitched. Iii The Glove Shall Be Of The Inseam Type With The Stitching On The Fingers And The Thumb On The Inside As A Protection. 5.Model And Measurements.- The Model And Measuremetns Are To Be Maintained As Per Drg.No.Icf/J And T/Sk-1793. 6.Testing - The Bulk Supply Of Leather Safety Gloves Shall Be Subjected To Chemical Testing As Per Table 1 Of Is: 2573-1986. 7. Test Certificates: Test Certificates From Central Leatehr Research Institute Clri Certifying That The Material Used For The Manufacture Of Leather Gloves Confirms To Is: 2573-1986 Shall Be Submitted Along With The Offer 8. Markings-Manufacturer S Name Or Firm S Name Shall Be Legibly Marked/ Stamped On Inside Cuff Of Gloves. 9.Special Conditions-I0 For Uniform Shape And Fitting To The Finger, The Leather To Be Machine Cut. Ii Four Pair Of Sample Shall Be Submitted Along With The Offer For Evaluation.
