    Rate Contract For Onsite Calibration Charges For Electrical Rf Instruments ( As Per Annexure-1 ) 10 ( 1 ) Calibration Labs With Valid Nabl / Iso 17025 Certification 10 ( 2 ) Rate Contract Quote Price Validity To Be Given For 3 Years 10 ( 3 ) Cal Lab / Agency / Authorize D Reps Must Study The List Of Instruments Appendix 1 ) And Ensure That Each And Every Instrument Will Be Taken Up For Calibration And Confirm That They Have Required Calibration Standards / Calibrating Instruments / Softwar 10 ( 4 ) Calibration Agency Will Go To The Work Centers Along With Standards / Mobile Van Comprising Of All Required Calibration Standards And Carry-Out The On-Site Calibration Of The Instruments At Rci, Hyderabad 10 ( 5 ) Calibration Agency To Calibrate The Instruments As Per The Manufacturers Catalogue Specifications Which Will Be Provided By The Work Centre#S Along With The Instruments 10 ( 6 ) Calibration Agency Shall Paste The Calibration Status Sticker Immediately. After Completing The Calibration Based The Calibration Results As Per The Details Given Below Along With Date Of Calibration, Calibration Due Date, Cal Report Referenc 10 ( 7 ) Calibration Validity To Be Given For 2 Years 10 ( 8 ) Calibration Agency Must Give Rate Contract / Quote Cal Charges Validity For 3 Years 10 ( 9 ) Calibration Agency Must Perform On Site Calibration Rci Quarterly ( Once In 3 Months 10 ( 10 ) Calibration Reports To Submitted After Days Of Completion Calibration Activity Rci. Software Copy Pdf Format For Each Instrument To Provided For Uploading In Erp.
