    Supply & Retrofitting Of Rtu On Communication Protocol Iec 60870-5-101/ Iec 60870-5-104 In The Existing 19ʺ Rtu Cabinet Having Old S-900/C264 Alstom Make Rtu (Without Control Option) Including Its Erection, Testing & Commissioning After Inter Panel Wiring Between New Rtu To Old Rtu And Sic Panel And Its Integration With Existing Scada/Ems System Of Unified Scheme For Grid Management Of Upptcl At 15 No. Sub- Stations For Executing Remote Control Of Feeder/Transformer From Control (Sldc/Sub Sldc). Existing Rtu-Sic Panel, Cmr Relays, Mft, Transducer And Cabling Between Control Panels & Sic Panel Shall Be Used As It Is. Internal Wiring And Installation Of Relays For Do Option Is To Be Carried Out By The Firm. While Cabling Required For Do Option From Interposing Relay To Control Relay Panel Will Be Laid By Upptcl As & When Required. Adequate Space In Offered Rtu Rack Should Be Available For Adding Additional Ai/Di/Do Points In Future For Replacement For Old Rtu Only By Addition Of Ai/Di Cards.
