    (A) Design, Manufacture, Procure, Supply, Erection & Commissioning Of (A) 30 Klpd Distillery Plant Based On Fed-Batch Continuous Fermentation And Multi-Pressure Distillation Technology To Produce Rectified Spirit Suitable For Potable And As Per Quality Requirements As Specified, (B) 30 Klpd Integrated Anhydrous Alcohol Plant (Fermented Wash To Anhydrous Alcohol) To Meet Application For Fuel, Perfumery/Pharmaceutical Requirement. It Should Be Also Possible To Run The Anhydrous Alcohol Plant As Standalone In The Rectified Spirit To Anhydrous Alcohol Mode As Specified And (C) Integrated Spent Wash Evaporation System To Concentrate Raw Spent Wash Up To 30% Total Solids (Water Evaporation Duty Approximately 180 M3/Day As Specified Using Cane Molasses. (B) Construction Of Bio-Compositing Consisting Of (1) Spent Wash Transfer Line From Distillery Unit To Compost Site (About 3.00 Km) With Necessary Pumps & Accessories, (2) Impervious Spent Wash Storage Tank As Per Crep Norms And (3) Rcc Compost Yard With Spent Wash Spraying Network, Leachale Collection/Recycle Systems Etc. As Per Crep Norms. (C) Design, Manufacture, Procure, Supply, Erection & Commissioning Of Boiler (10 Tph, 45 Kg/Cm2) As Per The Specifications Given In The Tender Document. (D) Design, Manufacture, Procure, Supply, Erection And Commissioning Of T.G. Set 1.0 Mw As Per The Specifications Given In The Tender Document.
