    Government Of Bihar Has Initiated Digitization Of Revenue Survey Maps. For This Purpose Department Has Outsourced 04 Agencies To Complete The Work. Agencies Selected For Digitization Of Survey Maps Are Providing Digital Data In Dxf Format. This Department Requires Conversion Of Digital Cadastral Map Of Dxf Format In Pdf Format. Therefore, This Department Invites Proposal From Qualified Biders For Creation Of Pdf Data From Data Available In Dxf.. Bidders Shall Have To Use Pdf Conversion Software At Their Own Cost. After Conversion Of Dxf Data In Pdf Format, Bidders Shall Have To Provide Hard Copies And Soft Copies Of Revenue Survey Maps. Data Converted In Pdf Format Shall Be Replica Of Original Map Sheet And Accuracy Level Must Be 100 Percent In Comparison To Original Map Sheet. All Blocks, Symbols And Hindi Font Should Be Maintained In The Same Scale And Size. All Legends As Visible In The Template Above Should Be Managed And Maintained Inside The Template. The Signature Of The Settlement Officer As Appearing In The Original Mother Sheet Has To Be Inserted Into The Digitized Template In Raster Form As It Is Before Converting Into Pdf. Any Distortion And Modification In The Signature Will Not Be Accepted And Should Be Corrected By The Agency If Found Incorrect Without Any Additional Cost. Bihar Govt. Logo Along With Text, Scale, Sheet Number Milan Chadar, North Arrow, Border, Etc Appearing On Map Should Be Maintained In The Final Pdf Output.
