    Supply Of Junction Boxes (For Street Light Poles. The Jb’S Shall Be Fabricated From 1.6 Mm Thick Ms Sheet In The Size Of 300 X 300X 170 Mm Deep In Full Welded Construction. In The Front Ms Cover Shall Be Provided With Two Hinge And Two Bolting Arrangement. The Jb’S Shall Be Made Dust, Vermin And Damp Proof By Means Of Neoprene Gasket Or Any Other Alternative Means With The Approval Of Engineer I/C. The 2 Nos. Earthing Stud Shall Be Welded To The Box. 04 Nos Semi Knock Outs Size 25Mm Shall Be Provided At The Bottom Of The Box. The Jb Shall Be Thoroughly Cleaned Followed By One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer And Two Coat Of Air Craft Grey Paint. The Box Shall Be Provided With Three Nos. 63 Amps., 415V, Isi Mark Rewirable Porcelain Cut Out Fixed On 6 Mm Thick Bakelite Sheet Of Hylem Make Along-With One No. Four Way Neutral Link. The Jb Shall Be Provided With 50 X 5 Mm Ms Flat Clamp For Mounting On Street Light Pole And 1/2 Ms Bolts Nuts And Plain Washers As Directed, Sample Should Be Approved Before Bulk Supply.
