Tender For Beautification Of Pond In Ward No. 7 - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil (as per DSR 2.8.1) 2 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. (As per DSR 2.25a) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.(As per DSR 4.1.8) 4 Brickwork in foundation and plinthin cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.1.2) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (As per DSR 5.9.1) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (As per DSR 5.1.3) 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. (as per D.S.R. 5.22.1) 8 First class brickwork in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.3.2) 9 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).(As per DSR 4.2.2) 10 12 mm thik plaster with 1:6(1cement :6 Coarse sand )2.25 F.M. over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm .including supply of all material labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.Add for extra labour &materials for plaster over rough face of one brick wall .inner wall(As per DSR 13.4.2) 11 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete(As per DSR 13.80) 12 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (as per DSR 13.44.1) 13 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete, Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. (as per DSR 9.48.2) 14 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade of two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (as per DSR 13.62.1)
