Design, manufacture, supply and installation on Turnkey Basis including concomitant works (as per clause 3.13 of section-III of specification), testing, commissioning and proving out of Bogie Drop Pit Table machine (Refer Clause 3 of Section-III with heading- Scope of supply) with leading parameters of Bogie Drop Pit Table as per Schedule-I of specification appended with tender. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. It shall also include supply of Commissioning spares, Maintenance spares and consumables as defined in Clause 2.2 of Section-I Specifications appended with tender. It shall also include preventative maintenance during warranty period as per clause 23 of section-I of specification appended with tender. ]

A set of Concomitant Accessories also includes as per clause 3.12 of section-III of Specification appended with tender. Bidders are required to attach the price break up of these accessories in PDF file alongwith submitted bid. ]

CAMC for 5 years after completion of warranty period. The details of CAMC as defined in clause 28 section-I of Specifications appended with tender. Bidders are required to attach the price break up in year wise format for 05 years after expiry of warranty period in PDF file along with submitted bid taking the discounting factor as 10%. It is suggested that guidance regarding adopted formulation in this regard may be referred at clause 8.7 of section-III of NWR SBD appended with this tender.
