Tender For Construction Of Vijay Bahadur To Maksood Tak Road Mantineans Or Nali Work - Dismentling of CC/RCC road /Drain 2 Earthwork in excavation in soil mixed with moorum/ shingle kankar requring the use of special tool and plant such as pickaxes sabbals soil (Loam clay or sand including lift up to 1:5 meer( 5ft) and lead upto 30 m ( 100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation treenches or into the plllnth and removal and disposal of surplusin over under foul position earth as direction by the Engineer- in- charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundationtrenches.SI No 252 3 Laying & consolidation of22.4.53mm GSB with screening 13% 6.7mm grit and 6% 2.8mm stone Dustincluding supply of all materials labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work. 4 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast fine sand of 1.25fm and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors with ass labour for completion of work 5 Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mis design laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythen film wedges, steel plastes includinglevelling the fromwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plaste vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer sealant dowel bras near approaches to birdeg/culvert and construction joints admistures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound(where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing andTechnical specification Clause.1501 6 R.C.C. works cement appoved coatsesand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in Drain/slabs excluding supply of reingrcement and its binding , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire an including necessary cantering and shuttening etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. requred for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. SI. No. 286 7 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as R.C.C. / R.B.(when not included in over all rates) wrought torequied sape as necessary including bendingfor proper completion of the work and including supply of steel , its wastage and hooks and authorisedoverlapping shall be masaured.
