Carrying out Bench Mark from the nearest GTS Bench Mark of Survey of India or asdirected by the Engineer‐in‐Charge, excluding first five kms. as per specifications andinstructions of the Engineer‐in‐charge.

Topographical survey of project and allied area, showing all permanentfeatures/objects, carrying the GTS Bench Mark (up to 5 Kms.) from nearest availablesource and establishing at locations indicated and detail survey by taking spot levelson an average at 25 m intervals, constructing bench marks, preparation of surveymaps indicating grid lines, contour lines at 0.5 m intervals and demarcatingpermanent features etc. and also carrying out population and agricultural survey ofland and land use pattern as per specification and or direction of the Engineer‐in‐Charge for the area surveyed & furnishing two no. CDs. and 2 (two) prints of variousdrawings as per specifications.Note: Schedule of Quantities is inclusive of the items listed below in Bidder’s quotedrate.a) Collecting Khasra/Mouza maps of surveyed area from local revenueauthorities and superimpose the same on surveyed grids. Detailed list/tableindicating Khasra/Mouza no. area in acres, land use, name of Khatedar.b) Constructing permanent Bench Marks as per the sketch at Appendix – 3 atsuitably locations as approved by the Engineer‐in‐Charge. These BenchMarks shall be labelled permanently with their respective coordinates andreduced levels for future use. The Bench Mark shall be shown on the surveydrawings.c) Agricultural survey (Land Use Pattern) and population survey indicating village wisepopulation of the area surveyed. The agricultural survey shall give details about thevarious types of land e.g. cultivated land, private land, Abadi land, Govt.reclassified land, forest land, Gram Samaj land etc. falling within the area surveyedincluding its ownership types and number of crops grown throughout the year,system of irrigation adopted and the prevalent cost of each type of land, dulyauthenticated by the competent authority of the state or from local enquiries.d) Details of trees with their name, numbers and girths to be tabulated and markedon the drawing.

Carrying out cross‐section upto HFL of nallah/river/creek at an interval as instructedby Engineer‐in‐Charge by taking spot level at 5 mt. intervals including connecting theco‐ordinates with plant grid, preparation of drawing and furnishing on CD and two (2)prints as per specifications and direction of Engineer‐in‐Charge.Width from 10 mtr‐50 mtr
