Heading , Reinforced Neoprene Rubber With Al Metal, Material Is To Be Supplied As Per Drawing 4-66-700-U0001. Supplier To Provide A Sample Material Of 5 Metres (Minimum) Along With Test Reports To Bhel For Review And Manufacturing Clearance. List Of Tests Required Are As Per Annexure-A. Annexure-A Test Reports Required For Neoprene Rubber Material (Cotton Fabric Reinforced & Embedded With Aluminium Sheet) A. For Neoprene Rubber Material: 1. Hardness Test – Shore A (49-55) 2. Tensile Strength 3. Elongation Test 4. Heat Aged Test – As Per Astm D573 - 70H At 70°C – Change In Tensile Strength Should Be ±30% B. For Aluminium Material (Grade 1200): 1. Hardness Test – Shore A (49-55) 2. Tensile Strength 3. Chemical Analysis
