Tender For Horticulture And Land Scaping Works On Entrance Gate At Ia Jainpur And Gc Jainpur In Distt Kanpur Dehat. - Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal andstacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure). 2 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m ,disposed soil to be levelledand neatly dressed:2.1.1 All kinds of soil 3 Earth work inexcavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over area (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm in plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 mt. lift up to 1.5 m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed .all kind of soil 4 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete . 5 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) : All kind of soil Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep 6 Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source,including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm 7 Supplying and stacking at site neem cake ,bone mil,DAP /Superphaspate/Vermi compost/jaivik manure/mono oxide /tutia,folidal /insecticide,pestiside etc/ chloro phyrifass, sulfer oxide ,including carriageas per direction of Enger-in-charge 8 Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately). 9 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge 10 Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded) 11 Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same.. 12 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 13 Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation. 14 Fine dressing ofthe ground 15 Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican /barmuda grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintence for 30 days or moretill the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge. 16 Providing and Displaying/Planting of Foxtail palm/ficus Regonold, blacki,nuda ficus golden(all ficus variety as per engineer in charge),Foxtail palm, Royal Palm, Dr, Raw and selected plants well developed with fresh & healthy 120 to 210cm ht. 17 Providing and stacking of lataina rubra palm/Wodyetia / Royal Palm / Red Palm/ rhapis palm,,sigium, Washingtonia filifea palm/Phoenix sylvestris Roxb areca palm. (Wild date palm/khajur), well developed with fresh & healthy foliagesize 150-180 cm of in big poly bag 21x21 size as per direction of the officer-in-charge. with big bori 18 Providing and stacking Cycus cirsnallis/ Cyprus golden/thuja comprecta puna /silver yuca /e urfobia ,cycus,ferocaria,terminalia mantaly , plant well shaped developed with good colored foliage fresh & healthy 75to 120 cm ht in bory bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 19 Providing and stacking of Topiary multiboll,casuairina-golden bottle bruss,ficus iland, Ficus Nuda/murrya exotica/ Mimusops elengi (Maulsri)plant of height 90-150 cm. in big poly bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
