Supplying of Swaged Steel Tubular pole ( IS 2713, Pt. II 1980) for following designation and following dimensions. ( Pole designation 4 IOSP , Overall Length 7 Mtr in C.C. foundation as to G.S.) with necessary earthing arrengement

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.Upto 9 mtr.

S & laying 1.1 KV grade 2 core 6 sq.mm. PVC/Al cable in underground trench with brick protection as to G.S.

Supplying of Auto Street light control unit(TVC make type LS-1)causing of one, 1 no time switch (Type-T/TSQ, L&T make) suitable to switch on and off one 32 Amp. LT or BCH Make contract on load, 1 No. 5 Amp. Switch for manual operation the contract one No. side lock fuse to control circuit, assemble on asuitable chassis and housed in a 14 SWG 14” x 12\"\"x 6’\"( 0.35 x 0.35x 0.15 mtr.) M.S. Boxwith locking arrangement from both inside and outside. The unit should be suitable for pole mounting, wall mounting and of outdoor type.

S& laying 2 X 1.5 sq. mm. single core copper wire connected from loop box to light fittings.

Supply& Fixing of LED rope in special manner at a gap of 6\"(1 mtr of rope that will be fixed will contain 1 mtr blue & 1 mtr white both)colours on existing steel tubular pole/iron structure including necessary fixing arrangements cleaning and mending good the damages with the specification as describe below(without adapter) LED Count: 60 nos/mtr ,power-min 6 watt/mtr, lumen 6-8 lumen/mtr,(Nordusk/Century LED or equivalent) with a warranty of minimum one year.Those damaged strip needs to be replaced as and whencalled for free of cost.This will be connected by original company provided connector as per direction of EIC(White- 972 mtr, Blue- 972 mtr)

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint with 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming and 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat
