Tender For Misc Civil Works In The Campus; 1 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 3 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cementconcrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing andreinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 5 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removalof form for 7 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 9 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 10 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 11 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 12 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 13 600x600 mm 14 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 15 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 16 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 17 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour 18 Old work (one or more coats) 19 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 20 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 21 One or more coats on old work 22 Supplying and stacking at site. 23 Good earth 24 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ centralverge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be madeseparately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre leadas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern overand including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the departmentfree of cost).
