Tender For Providing Compound Wall Arrangements At Rr Park In Perungulam Town Panchayat.; 1 Dismantling theExisting Damaged Cement Concrete including all Cost and all labours Charges etc…. 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrockrequiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum 3 PlainCement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One part ofCement, Four part ofFine Aggregate and Eight part ofCoarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28). 4 Supply and erection of steel centering ,shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props 10 cm - 13 cm spaced at 75 cm c/cetc complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Retrieved materials shall be taken back by the contractor after concrete is laid) 5 PlainCement Concrete 1:2:4 mix (One part ofCement,Two part ofFine Aggregate and Four part ofCoarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28). 6 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 100mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per clause 406 of MORTH 7 Supplying and laying interlock paver of approved make as perat land surface using M40 grade concrete blocks its minimum thickness of 83 mm and providing minimum 100 mm thick stone Dust cushion below the pavers as sub base stone Dustfilling between the Pavers and compaction by hydrualic compresive machine same asfor Powers and capacity the same as directed by the departmental officers etc,complete as per standard specifications 8 Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications
