    Tender For One Time Maintenance Of Defective Wac, Sac Unit At Various Te/ Admn Bldgs /Bts Under Bijapur Oa. (Iii Recal). Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR/2TR window/Split AC/High Sensible unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, dedusting by high pressure air blower/ Jet pump for washing condenser, evaporator if required), refixing, tightening electrical connections, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd. Item also includes visit charge for carrying out wet servicing. 125 Jobs Complete refilling of refrigerant gas recommended by the OEM in 1.5 TR S/T AC units including flushing out the existing refrigerant gas, leak arresting, pressure testing, charging the refrigerant etc as required. This work shall be guaranteed for one year from the date of charging of refrigerant. Any shortage in refrigerant shall be topped up free of cost. Refrigerant recommended by the OEM of AC unit shall only be charged.( R22 refrigerant ) 5 Jobs Replacement of Starting Capacitor 80-100 mfd by new components of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split AC units suitable for operation on lph 230V AC supply i/c connections, testing etc. i/c credit (disposing of the dismantled as per the norms of the Central / State pollution control board ) for old material as reqd. 15 Nos.
