BSR to site including loading & unloading with the help of Crane. 8 Cable 3x70 sqmm 11 KV XLPEfrom E.S.C Bulandshahr to Site including loading & unloading with the help of Crane. (sutable for one connection) 9 Carrage 10/16 kva TF 10 Carrage 25/63/100 kva TF 11 Carriage of All line Material from store to site or j.es store at Sub station as ACSR Weasel conductor, GI Wire, Earth Wire. M.S. Chanel, Angle, Stay & Earthig Rods, Barbed Wire. Disc Insulator & Pin Insulator etc. 12 Erection ofSingle support including complete LT/HTfittings as per RESPO PCC 11 mtr long. 13 Erection ofSingle support PCC 8.5 mrt long/ STP 9 mtr/ STP 11 mtr. including complete LT/HTfittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Erection ofDouble Pole support including completefittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 Grouting of Single support shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone ballast, etc. as per actual size requirement, as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 16 Grouting of Double pole support shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone ballast, etc. as per actual size requirement, as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 17 Grouting of D/P for installation of CT/PT unit & T/F shall be grouted with cement, sand and birck ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 =30x3030 cms. including the cost of cement, sand, birck ballast/stone ballast, etc. as per actual size requirement, as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer in charge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 Fixing of Stay rod with Stay wire in proper way with Nozelling. 19 Mounting & Installation 25/63./100 kva T/F on the double Pole 20 Grouting of Stay rods. 21 Fixing of erathing rod. 22 Laying of 3x70 sqmm 11KV XLPE cable openly from CT PT unit to meter room putting sand around the cable Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including providing necessary loop on both sides. 23 Laying of 3x70 sqmm 11KV XLPE cable putting sand around the cable Fixing of bricks in both sides & top and refilling of trench and its proper ramming including providing necessary loop on both sides. 24 Laying, sagging. It includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier etc. requried for proper completion of work. 25 Mounting CT/PT unit on D/Pwith the help of Crane. 26 Providing & Fixing of Cable Box suitable for 3X70 sqmm 11KV XLPE. 27 Wrapping of Barbed wire 28 Providing & Fixing Holding Clamps. 29 Laying and ABC Cable 30 Providing & Fixing Stay Clamps. 31 Providing & Fixing Stay Insulator. 32 Providing Nut & Bolts off-size 33 Installation & Errection of Piffer ressitant metering cubicle . 34 Garding of 11 kv line/ road crossing as per site requarment. 35 Extra Milage charges and carriage from PCC/ST Pole/TF & other materialfrom each 10 Km. 36 Above work shall be done as per UPPCL/RESPO Rules.
