Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg / sqm using mechanical means. As per technical specification clause 502.(excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumenusing emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumunous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503) (excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thick Open - Graded Premix carpet using Bitumenous (Penetration graded / modyfied bitumen ) Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat ase per technical specification clause 508..(excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C seal coat as per TS Clause 510

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Royalty).
