Tender For Re Construction Of Malipur To Kriya Kendra Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (For Grading-III) including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 2 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(SI No 763) 3 Providing and laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0.700 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 5 Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specific ations 508 including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 6 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 7 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in theform of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remmingand dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. liftand 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineerincharge
