Work To Be Done Under Deposit Scheme Head Against Various Packages Approved Under Electricity Distribution Section Ii, Etawah - Carriage of PCC pole from Store Center Kunera Etawah to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 2 ST 11 Mtr. Long/PCC 8.5 Mtr. Long Pole 3 Line material i.e. conductor, G.I. wire TPMO stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, Angle channel, Different type of Clamps and other required material 4 ACSR Weasel Conductor 5 11 Kv XLPE HT Cable 3x70 Sqmm 6 Erection Grouting, Concreting and plinting of single support on PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long with cement, coarse sand & stone ballast duly grouted including necessories clamps, accessories required fixing of HT/LT fittings as per Resspo norms. The support shall be grouted in cement, sand and brick ballast. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 Erection Grouting, Concreting and plinting of Double Pole with cement, coarse sand & stone ballast duly grouted including necessories clamps, accessories required fixing of HT/LT fittings as per Resspo norms. The support shall be grouted in cement, sand and brick ballast. It including the cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding & jumpering of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the newly erected pole asperRESPOmanualandasperdirectionofsupervising engineer,includingthecostofarrangementoflabour,T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 Erection and grouting of staycomplete including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of allgrouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESSPO Manual. 10 Fixing &connectingofEarthingRods as perRESSPOManual includingthecostoflabour,T&Petc.requiredforproper completion of work. 11 Safecarriageof11 Kv CT/PT Pole MountingUnitanditsproper installationondoublepooleafterfixingofchannelwithM.S. clamps and nuts & bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unitbodyshallbeearthedbyconnectingM.S.Stripofsutaible size finallyconnectedtoearthingrod.11 KVline shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO. The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 12 Safecarriageof11 Kv Pilfer Resistant Metering Cubical anditsproper installationondoublepooleafterfixingofchannelwithM.S. clamps and nuts & bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unitbodyshallbeearthedbyconnectingM.S.Stripofsutaible size finallyconnectedtoearthingrod.11 KVline shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO. The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 13 Digging, laying and back filling of 3X70 Sqmm XLPE cable including the cost of Cable hoisting and making loops/ HDPE pipe/clamps as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of arrangementof brick, sand, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 14 Filling Of 11 Kv Heat Shrinkable Cable Jointing Kit (Indoor/Outdoor Type) Suitable for XLPE 3x120 Sqmm with Supply.
