| 1 | Daily, weekly, monthly routine / breakdown maintenance of Railway Track Private Siding and shunting yard rail track ofPTEP, Panki, Kanpur. This will include the works mentioned as per scope of work. (5 Km/month) |

| 3 | Reconditioning of Points and Crossing (1 in 8.5) |
| 4 | Schedule up keeping of track and other civil works. |
| 5 | Cleaning of grass/rank vegetation/tree and saplings along the length of railway track, on either side of railway track , upto a distance of 5mtr and specially where curve and crossing exist 5.0 mtr on outer side and upto 5.0 mtr on inner side of railway track the area shall be thoroughly cleared of all grass/ plants/ shrubs/ vegetation growth etc. [5,000m x 10m (5mtr each side)] = 50,000 sqm |
| 6 | Cleaning of track from mud’s, landslides, fallen tree and disposal of earth/rubbish outside the track area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a lead of 2 km including all leads & lifts of 10M by mechanical transport including dressing the disposed earth neatly. |
| 7 | Earth work in excavation over areas (excluding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan including transportation of excavated earth and filling in rain cuts fissures cess repair on formation level in layers not exceeding 20 cm. In depth, consolidation each layer by remaining and watering including all leads & lifts (payment shall be made by measurement of borrow pits). |
| 8 | Painting of the caution marks and the boards with synthetic enamel paint of first quality including a coat of primer on new work (DSR code 13.62.1). |
| 9 | Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand &manufacturer (DSR code 13.71). Letter / cm Height |
| 10 | Quarterly Cleaning of drainage trenches lying along the rail track in CHP area and disposal of garbage in low lying area. |
| 11 | Cartage of Ash/Malwa/Silt/sludge etc. By tractor trolley up to a distance of 2 – 3 KM, including loading on tractor – trolley with lead of 100M and lift up to 1.5M, cartage, unloading, including cost of all labour, T&P tractor trolley driver etc. |
| 12 | Round the Clock Operation of entire Signal & telecommunication (01 cabin),manning LC gates (02 No) and general management of 1x660 MW of PTEP, Panki as per Scope of work. |
| 13 | Routine/Daily, Monthly, Quarterly Half yearly and Annual schedules Maintenance of entire Signal & telecommunication (01 cabin), manning LC gates (02 No) System as per Scope of work. |
| 14 | Signalling cable laying, underground, all size and cores as and when required as per scope of work. |
