Supply And Making Arrangement For Temporary Installation Of Electro-Mechanical Components At Tw No-I Of Dharampur Zone-Ii Water Supply Scheme In The District Of Uttar Dinajpur Under Malda Mechanical Division, Phe Dte.- 1 Supply and delivery at site of the following electro-mechanical accessories as per approved vendor list of PHED -- 2 Outdoor type Kiosk with fully automatic star delta and Chlorine Starter (10HP) having following specification ----i) 10 HP automatic S/D Starter with relay range- 6.0-10.0 Amp & coil voltage 440V (Model : MK1/Equivalent) - 1 Setii) 63A TPN Main Switch SS enclosure (L&T/Havells) - 1 No.iii) 1HP DOL Starter with relay range 1.5-2.5Amp & coil voltage 440V (Model : MK1/Equivalent) - 1 SetKiosk should have powder coated enclousure with PU gasket ensuring excellent finish and reliability.[Make: ECS / any other PHED approved vendor list] 3 1.1KV grade 25 sq.mm 3.5 core XPLE Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments as per site requirement. 4 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 5 Supply and fixing of 100 Amps Kit-kat rewireable proceliain fuses carrier & base (Specification-IS:2086). 6 Making suitable size pump foundation including erection of Kiosk box with supplying of necessary cement, sand and stone chips including plastering and net cement finish complete. 7 Making suitable CC foundation with concrete mixture (sand, cement, stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials for installation of installation of Chlorinator system including storage tank. 8 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS:226, IS:808&SP(6)-1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS:816-1969&IS:1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814-2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes ,gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for thework including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. 9 Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts andnutsmay be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5Kg./m. or 15% of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5Kg. /m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. /2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initial 8m. or part there of 10 I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m 11 Supplying, fitting and fixing glass reinforced polyester translucent fiber sheet 300mm wide in half round gutter in roof as per IS:12866-1989 fitted and fixed with 50X6mm MS Clamp with necessary bolts and nuts, screws and jointing material complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge. 12 a) 1.6mm +/- 0.2 mm thick sheet 13 i) Natural white or tinted blue colour 14 Add GST @ 18% 15 Add Cess @ 1%
