    Selection Of Agency For Logostics Support In The Hospitality Stall Of West Bengal Tourism At The Rabindra Sadan Complex, Kolkata On The Occasion Of Rabindra Najrul Janmotsav 2025- 1 Transportation 2 Publicity Material transportation charges, storage, material disposal charges, insurance, security charges for the stall/ material, cleaning charges, dismantling charges of the stall 3 Deployment of two cars per day for the entire period (i.e. Rate may be quoted on daily basis for each car) 2 cars per day for 22 days: 44 Nos. Unit 4 Refreshment for 22 Days 5 Provision for tea/coffee and cookies to the guests and officials during the event for 15 heads per day for 13 days @Rs. 35/- per cup 6 Provision for light refreshment along with Tiffin @ Rs 350/- per head to the during the event for 15 heads per day 7 Provision for mineral drinking water (250 ml) 96 nos. per day 8 Requirement of Manpower and Documentation 9 Depute Two Female Hostess to distribute Publicity Brochure for the entire period 10 Depute Two Technical Personnel for operation of Oculus to showcase the Tourism Properties in Virtual Reality mode 11 Documentation 12 Submission of 10 Still Photographs with Videography of two days (Weekend / Any Special day) 13 Govt. Taxes 14 GST as applicable
