Tender For Design, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Other Miscellaneouse/M Work As Per Tender Documentat Sector-6, Gomtinagar Vishtar, Lucknow. - Construction of Under Ground Reservoir (CWR) Construction of Plant Room (Structural floor hieght 3.60 mtr) Making boundary wall with 1.5 Mtr Hight and M.S Grill up to 600 MM high including steel Gate eith Brick Blast structure with RCC column of sizw 300x300 mm @3.00 Mtr center to center and RCC Plinth beam of size 300x300 at ground level. Pumping plant Provision for supply of 3000 LPM, 40 Mtr Head VT oil lubricated pump with 5.0 mtr. length column assembly with 40 HP motor including as per size requirement & all cabling work complete in all respect(2W+1S). (U.P. Jal Nigam SOR) C.I.IM.S. Fitting of Delivery pipes and specials as per details given below: 200 mm size individual delivery and 300 mm size common delivery with jointing material, Tee, bends Reflux Valve 200 mm. dia Reflux Valve 300 mm. dia Sluice Valve 200 mm. dia Sluice Valve 300 mm. dia Nut Bolts and rubber packing etc. Supply of MS Girder for pump base etc Supply of MS Tee of size 200x300x200 ELECTRICAL ITEMS: L.T. Switchgear Panel Board With Starter Supply of 1 no. panel extensible type switch board Suitable for 0.415 KV 3 phase 50 HZ. A.C. supply in cubical pattern, floor mounting complete with insulated bus bars of suitable size for required load. The switch board shall consist of the following: Two no. Incoming Panel comprising of 100 Amp ACB/MCCB indoor vertical isolation horizontally draw out type with relays as per ISS. Panel will be comprising of voltmeter with selector switch, power factor meter, frequency meter. Auto Phase Reversal Unit Suitble for above pumping plant with Inbuilt time delay and Enclosure (confirmation to IEC: 60947-1& IEC: 60947-6-1) 160 AMP SITC of entire power wiring of CWR in all respect with cable trays of suitable size SITC of HT Cable complete with all respect Double Plate Earthing of complete Pumping Station (as per IERIIS) including civil works and all material, separate double earthing for each equipment shall be carried out Installation of all equipments, power wiring of Electrical equipments. commissioning and Testing of pumps & other equipments of the pumping Plant Trial run and operation of pumping plants during installation upto 1 month Internal electrification of pumping station including all lights as per required Lumens.
