Tender For Re-construction of Gorha PWD Road - WBM Grading 3-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A)By Manual Means 2 CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. 3 Construction of embakment with approved Material Obtained from Borrow Pits with all lift upto 1.5 M,transporting to site, compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as perTechnical Specification Clause 301.5 4 excavation in soil mixed with moorum shingle kankar requiring the use of special tools and Plants such a pick axes subbals etc.ForBuilding/Drain workonly 5 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1Cement:3CoarseSand:6graded stoneaggregate40mmnominalsize) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Reinforced cement concrete workinwalls (anythickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns,pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate20 mm nominal size) 7 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete asper Drawing and Technical Specifications. 8 05 Year Maintenance Charge Routine Maitenance of road for 05 Years after the competion of work (Vide shasanadesh No. 17/2024/सा0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated 16.01.2024 & letter No. 36890C/RMC/Mool-23-24 Dated 17.02.2024 of ENC PWD.
