| 2 | Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :- Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections(CHS/RHS/SHS) (ERW), ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, (from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/TATA BSL/APPOLO) in the profile shape as perconceptual drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections, including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary Cranes, erection machinery & tools, scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating(nuts and bolts to be paid seperately). The complete structure to be copper slag blasted as per SA2.5 standard and coated with epoxy p rimer 2 coats and two coats Polyurethane applications work at all locations in required DFT (dry film thickness) for each coat in total DFT of 280 microns as per technical specification and Engineer-in-charge.(The rate include thecost of scaffoldings, staging, hoisting, cranes, labour, tools, and plants & equipments, transportation of material from workshop to site, assembling the segments and erection of the same). |
| 3 | Removing pu paint from steel structure and rust cleaning by scrapping chemical and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per direction by Engineer-in-charge. |

B4617), Type II\" \"MEHLER / Low & Bonar Solution FR-900 Mehatop N-Type II\" or \"SATTLER-739 ATLAS Architecture - TFL/TFX - Type-II\" having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 5000/4300 N/50 mm &minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 600/550 N, Adhesion 140 N/5 cm, high concentratedPVDF top coating and PVDF coated on bottom side, polyester fabric and should be weldable having a minimum weight of 900 gm/sqm (GSM)with a minimum 20 years warranty etc. of approved colour, over steel structure frames (underneath steel structure shall be paid saperately) with all fittings and fixtures. Complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site ,assembling and installation with GI strands, PVC Coated GI Wire, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessaryequipment etc. required for all operations in all. Shape as per existingstructure and Approved by Engg-Incharge. (Actual use surface area with flushing of the fabric shall be measured for payment purpose/Colour of fabric will be Beige or White) as perdirection by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Rebaring by adding reinforcement to an existing concrete structure such that the structure behaves as a cast in structure by drilling hole of 25mm dia & upto 450 mm deep in existing RCC column reinforcement of 20mm dia, fill it with epoxy chemical resin and then inserting anchor Bolts. (anchor Bolts to be paid seperatly) |

| 9 | Providing Consultancy services for Structural Repair of Space Frames for long Span Structure at Swimming Pool of CWGVSC., by preparing complete structural design, drawing for foundations, super structure and for oher related works of the project/ structure as per the architectural drawings as per provision contained in IS code/NBC/seismic and other related codes.The structural drawing shall be got approved/ vetted from any Govt. agency i.e. IIT, EIL, NIT, CBRI etc. In case any sort of modification in design/ drawing are needed during execution of the work or as per site condition/relevant code, the agency shall have to design / re design the same without any extra cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Providing and erceting Nylon Bird net of make Garware and equivalent of 1.5 mm or higher thick braided thread square mesh opening size not more than (25mm*25mm) required colour with antislip knots, made of UV stablized having 4mm border rope along with nets 100% machine made over locked stitched / with border roping and tie cords, etc. Note:- The colour, shape, pattern & make of the bird net Shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 17 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. |
