Tender For Development Of Kho Kho Field (02 Nos) And Volley Ball (02 Nos) At Niser Campus, Jatni; 1 Anti termite treatment of lawn area or sports field bed through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical) and as per direction of officer-in-charge. 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan), including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m,as per directions of Engineer in Incharge. All kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Note: cement shall be of ACC / Ultra-Tech / Ambuja / equivalent. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Note: cement shall be of ACC / Ultra-Tech / Ambuja / equivalent. 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns. Note: 19mm WP ply shall be used with proper bracing/ support, line and level. 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 7 Brick work with non modular extruded brunt fly ash clay bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth :Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 8 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). Note: cement shall be of ACC / Ultra-Tech / Ambuja / equivalent. 9 Supplying and stacking of good and soft ( no red and hard soil ) earth free from silt, roots & other foreign materials suitable for volly ball or Kho Kho field at site including royalty and carriage(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) etc complete with the direction of EIC. 10 Screened of good earth through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm for top layer of sports field etc complete as per direction of EIC. ( Note: Good earth shall be paid separately ) 11 Spreading of good earth ( loosed soil form ) in required thickness giving a gradient of 1:100along with rolling the same as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately). Note: 1)The top layer ( 50mm thick compacted ) should be spread withgood earth ( screened, fine or loosen ) etc. complete with uniform level & gradient before rolling etc complete as per direction of EIC.
