The structural drawing shall be got approved/ vetted from any Govt. agency i.e. IIT, EIL, NIT, CBRI etc. The agency hasto get all the services designed & approved from local statuory bodies for dual water supply, sewerage, drainage, RWH, STP water reservoir etc. and other services required for said work. (which also include Truss design & drawing, staircase design & drawing, Railing design & drawing, Plumbing drawing) along with its feasibilty report and detection of columns of existing building,Charges if any for the same shall be borne by the agecny. In case any sort of modification in design/ drawing are needed during execution of the work or as per site condition/relevant code, the agency shall have to design / re design the same without any extra cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The agency has to submit 6 sets of sturcture design & drawings with truss, staircase, railing, & plumbing drawings, approved services plan along with design philosophy and design calculation including 1 set laminated along with softcopy. |
