The Contractor shall replace immediately any of its personnel found unacceptable to this office because of security risks, incompetence, conflict of interest, improper conduct etc. upon receiving a notice7. This item is for sole purpose of BANDR\"s work and not for contractor\"s work. This item does not relieve the contractor\"s responsibility to bring the manpower required to execute their own work awarded. |
| 353 | Lead Safety OfficerSafety Officer/Engineer should possess following qualification & experience:(i) Recognized degree in any branch of Engg. or Tech. or Architecture with practical experience of working in a building or other construction work in supervisory capacity for a period of not less than two years, or possessing recognized diploma in any branch of Engg. or Tech with practical experience of working in a building or other construction work in supervisory capacity for a period of not less than five years.(ii) Recognized degree or one year diploma in Industrial safety (from any Indian Institutes recognized by AICTE or State Council of Tech. Education of any Indian State/Union territory) with at least one paper in construction safety (as an elective subject).(iii) Preferably have adequate knowledge of the language spoken by majority of the workers at the construction site.Alternately(i) Person possessing Graduation Degree in Science with Physics & Chemistry and degree or one year diploma in Industrial Safety (from any Indian institutes recognized by AICTE or State Council of Tech. Education of any Indian State/ Union Territory) with practical experience of working in a building, plant or other construction works (as Safety Officer, in line with Indian Factories Act, 1948) for a period of not less than five years, may be considered as Safety Officer. |
