Fabrication of Carbon Steel Pipe line(Up to & including Sch.40), Job includes marking/ cutting, edge preparation, shifting of material at work site for erection purposes, including all consumables like Electrodes, DA & Oxygen gas etc. as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of Carbon Steel pipe lines(up to & Incl Sch. 40),Jobincluding lifting, placing of pipes on the sleepers, racks at all elevations, levelling & aligning jointing of flanges/screwed fitting including fixing gaskets and bolting, opening and boxing up of flanges. as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection ofValves(Gate,Globe,Butterfly) \": Job include shifting of valve from store or any loation of plant to site andfixing gaskets and bolting, opening and boxing up of flanges. as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication & erection of steel structures & columns like stair cases, railing, pie rack structure, ladders, platforms, walkways, pipe supports etc. as per drawing & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Carbon Steel pipe, Job include cutting supports and cutting of pipes with gas or hacksaw and removal of welded or flange end valves & at all elevation of site as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting ( 1 coat Epoxy Base primer zinl phosphate suitable for epoxy painting + 2 coat of Epoxy paint)
