Tender For Other Work And Patch Repair In Vr Road Under Block Jaspura Part-B - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Manual Means 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadem specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as per technical specification clause-405 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitument distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 (Excluding Cost of Bitumen) 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per technical specification clause 508. (Excluding Cost of Bitumen) 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 510. (Excluding Cost of Bitumen) 6 Renewing Patries 3 meters wide (1.50 m. both side) including dressing surface, filling up to 8cm depth & making namunas at ever 15.00m apart on either side slopes of 1 : 2 etc trenches for taking earth to be so dug that they form a continous side drain at road boundary
