Barrage Gates With Hoisting System, Gantry Crane, Stop Logs And Other Allied Components Along With Electrical & Automation / Scada System Provision for Replacement of Damaged Wire Rope of Barrage Gate (U/S, S/W, H/R) with heavy duty U-Clamp and Counter weight 19 mm dia with all cost & material and Labour all complete job as per specification & direction of E/l for five years. Providing Maintenance and Operation of 75 KVA D.G Set already installed at Control room with Cost of diesel, mobil, diesel filter, mobil filter, Air filter and other unseen parts required during servicing of D.G set. All Complete as per Specifications & direction of E/l for five years. Provision for Maintenance of 35 T Gantry Crane of Barrage Stop-Logs and its Pathway by Special mechanical repair and realignment of Gantry Crane including its Servicing & Replacement of necessary Spares. Brake shoes, platform, etc. and Repair of Stop logs lifting beam including Straightening of link for smooth Operation, Replacement of fenders/ seals and nut bolts all complete with materials & labours as per specification & direction of E/l for Period of 5Years. Provision for Replacement of Guide bracket of Barrage Gate including removal of Old and Damaged Guide Bracket along with labours and materials all complete for five years as per specifications and direction of EA_ (a) Barrage Gates (b) H/R Gates Provision for Renovation of Hoist Mechanism by way of Overhauling of braking System with Labours and Materials all complete in five years as per Specifications and direction of E/l._________ Provision for Overhauling & Servicing of CRL (Central Reduction Unit) and Changing Complete Old with labours and materials all complete in five years as per Specification and direction of E/l. Provision for Overhauling & Servicing of SRU (Side Reduction Unit) and Changing Complete Old with Labours and Materials all complete in five years as per Specification and direction of E/l. Provision for Overhauling and Servicing of Existing Earthing, if needed near Control Room for Proper Supply of Electric for Barrage Electrification and SCADA system with cost of materials, Labour etc. all. complete as per direction and specification of E/l.
