OF OUTGOING:17 SHORT CIRCUIT LEVEL:50 KA FOR 1 SEC ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:FULLY TYPE TESTED Item Details : * Scope of Supply FOR PMCC Panel. * SECTION – I – GENERAL * Intent of Specification This Technical Specification covers the design and engineering, manufacture, assembly, testing, packing, delivery to site, supervision of erection, testing, commissioning, and demonstration of Performance Guarantee test of power control centre (PCC). * Completeness and Responsibility of Tenderer All items of equipment shall be complete in all respects and any equipment or accessory not covered in this specification but essential for proper design and operation shall be included in the tender. The Tenderer shall study the specification and satisfy himself thoroughly regarding the workability of the equipment and shall take full responsibility for the performance, safety, and smooth reliable working. The Tenderer has the option to submit his proposal based on his own design which he considers suitable and capable of meeting the required operating and duty conditions. * SCOPE OF WORK Design, Engineering, manufacture, assembly, testing, packing, delivery to site, supply, supervision of erection, testing, commis sioning, and performance testing of PCC in line with stipulation mentioned in this technical specification, design basis and the drawing no. H019-MND-WTP2-GEN-E-SLD-004 (Metering and protection Single Line Diagram for 415V PCC). The scope of work shall be as per the list of items with quantities mentioned in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the attached Annexure-1. Preparation and submission of drawings and documents pertaining to single line diagram, GA drawings, wiring diagram, BOM, component sizing, QAP etc as applicable of individual equipment / items as specified for clearances from AMNSI prior to manufacturing. Nos. of hard copies of the drawings / documents to be submitted shall be mutually decided with AMNSI during execution stage / kick off meeting etc. Make of all items under Tenderer’s scope of supply shall be as per AMNSI’s List of preferred makes as mentioned in the Annexure-8 attached. For any other make prior approval from AMNSI shall have to be obtained. * DESIGN BASIS 1. System Voltages Electric power at incoming of the switchboard shall be 415V, 3-phase-4 wire, 50 Hz. 110V AC shall be considered as control voltages for protective circuit, aux. power supply etc. whereas 240 V AC, 1-phase, 50 Hz supply shall be used for operation of space heaters and panel illumination etc. 110V AC and 240V AC shall separately be supplied at specified point of the switchboard. Continuity of power supply shall be the first consideration and the design shall be such as to provide facilities to simplify inspection, testing, maintenance, cleaning and general repairs at site. Special care shall be taken to make the enclosed equipment proof against entry of rats, lizards and other creeping reptiles which may create electrical short-circuit inside the live equipment. All component/ equipment shall be complete with approved safety devices wherever a potential hazard to personnel exists and with provision for safe access of personnel to and around equipment for operational and maintenance functions.
