Variav PH vertical pump overhauling CY25 • Technical • 1. Removing motor from pump with the help of crane/chain pulley block. • 2. Removing of Pump Discharge head and motor stool. • 3. Removing of 18-meter column pipe one by one and arranging in proper order in ground. • 4. Dismantling of pumps all parts like removing of shaft and its sleeves, gland, impeller, rubber bearing, spider, bowl assembly, bottom strainer etc. • 5. Dismantling of bearing housing. • 6. Cleaning of all dismantled part. • 7. Welding, grinding or buffing to be done if required as instructed by AMNS Engineer. • 8. Replacing of damage parts (spares will be provided by AMNS). • 9. Assembling of all parts of pump as instructed by AMNS’s engineer. • 10. Erection of Motor and coupling bolt tightening. • 11. Housekeeping of area after completion of job. • 12. Damaged part to be shifted to the designated area after completion of job. • 13. Vendor has to ensure safety of all their manpower. • 14. Safety gear will be in vendor’s scope. • 15. Skilled manpower required for operation of EOT crane for pump dismantling and erection. • 16.
