No extra claim shall be entertained on this account.(viii) All debris and unserviceable items shall be removed from site and thrown away at dumping area outside INA area upto a distance of 10.00 Kms as directed. Loading, Unloading , stacking and transportation charges are included in relevent items of taking down or demolition / dismantling. All debris should be taken outside of INA Campus and if any debris found dumped inside INA campus, a fine of Rs 5000.00 per load or per cum will be recovered from contractor. |
