Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account. 14 Supply only integral water proofing compound. 15 M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall on new plasted surfaces including preparation over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 16 M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces with primer priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 17 M&L for preparation of new plasted surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemperover 3mm thick wall putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 18 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of 100 % acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-fengal poperties (Apex Ultima Suprema) over one coat of smartcare waterproof primer (Damp prime suprema) on walls and chajja with 10 % of dilution of water over 3mm thick wall care putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles, Tint and shed of the building shall be approved by Engr-in Charge.Note :- Work shall be executed by the Auth Agency subject to prior approval by AGE(I). 19 M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 2 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 2mm over the plastered/ old prepared painted surface of walland sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:-Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaceNote: Where thickness of putti is required more than 2mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putty shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 20 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 21 M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces by rubbing with abrasive paper etc of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 22 M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and applying one coat of syntheticenamel paint complete all as
